Need help finding two titles

Woo, first one here! Anyway, I'm looking for two manhwas (at least I think they're both manhwas) that I cannot for the life of me remember the titles of. They're both so-called romances and they both have toxic, horrible ML's.

The first is a fantasy. Starts in an underground mining town and centers around the FL, who's a quiet loner. She's kind of pale with long, black hair. Her crush is a few years older than her, tanned, has dark brown hair and heterochromia. A system recognizing peoples souls (?) prevent the miners from ever going to the upper levels of society. FL manages to make a gun capable of separating the soul from the body (or so she thinks). Her crush (the ML) betrays the entire town, helps above-ground soldiers kill everyone and even shoots her parents himself. He was all along an agent from above-ground and before returning he gives the FL his real name, which is something like Gurkan Bilringr (I only remember that his name roughly meant "cucumber love-handles" in Swedish).
FL later goes above-ground and becomes a vigilante. ML has at that point gone back to his life as a noble and an absolute bastard. FL fights for bringing down the entire system and the entire floating (in the air) society.

Second one is historical, and follows the more common tropes: FL's family was somehow involved in the deaths of ML's family when they were kids (but the FL's father actually saved the ML and his brother, I think?). Years later the ML gets close to the FL as her boyfriend or something. He then goes away, and comes back as emperor, slaughtering the FL's entire family. His closest aide however saves the FL from being killed and burned with the rest. They also plant some jewelry to make it seem like the FL truly was burned to death. She is then disguised as the aides sickly wife, to hide her from the emperor. The emperor (and I guess ML) is by all means insane, sadistic, pathologically selfish and highly obsessive. He goes completely mad over having let the FL die, and starts searching for her or a look-a-like. When he finally finds out that the aide's "wife" is the FL, he imprisons the aide, some more people and threaten to kill them if the FL doesn't sleep with him. And that's where I stopped reading.
