One Too Many
Walking along the Han River, he returned home late at night.
Yet the house was empty.
"......"
It was past midnight... and he still hadn't come home.
She must be at that woman's place. Or perhaps she had even gifted her a house.
Snorting a bitter laugh.
"Haah."
A sigh weighed on his shoulders.
Each step felt as heavy as walking atop Jin Yeon-woo.
He stepped into the bathroom, peeled off the hearing aid, and stood before the mirror.
At the sight of his deathly pale face, his jaw began to tremble.
Despite countless times of steeling his resolve, seeing his own reflection in the mirror once more threatened to shatter him.
The hand gripping the sink tightened until blue veins bulged.
Cold rain, plus winter downpour, had robbed his entire body of sensation.
Yet here he stood, unable to snap out of it.
Idiot. What a fool.
According to the taxi driver, he should have turned away and fled without looking back.
But for the duration of the contract, he had lingered here in foolish hope.
Despite witnessing intimacy with another woman, he couldn't utter a word.
Or perhaps it was that hearing it would only confirm his own betrayal.
If his beloved woman learned he had spoken of another... he wouldn't be able to bear it.
Closing his eyes tightly, nausea surged.
He hadn't eaten since morning, yet his stomach churned endlessly.
Maybe from watching that too intimate scene earlier.
The difference between seeing them together at the party and seeing her enter that same house was vast.
Frustrated, he pressed his chest hard.
As he undressed, his skin burned red hot.
Even feeling the warmth made him itch.
Quickly, he stepped under the shower, and lukewarm water cascaded down.
Luckily, the itch faded fast.
Would his mother or grandmother have answered his questions?
Or at least defended him?
After the shower, exhaustion slammed into him like a tidal wave.
He could have fallen asleep with just his eyes closed.
Applying lotion, he tousled his damp hair.
Then he collapsed into bed, pulling the blanket over his head against the chill.
Though he expected sleep to come, it refused to.
It was the moment he thought he should at least scold her.
Footsteps echoed outside the door.
Biting his lip, he glared at the closed door.
But unable to face him, he curled up and lay down.
His hand tightened on the blanket as the door opened.
His crisp footsteps approached, and a piercing gaze followed.
Too hurt and heartbroken to argue, he feigned sleep, pretending not to hear.
Instead of retreating, his steps headed straight to the bathroom.
Opening his eyes slightly, he watched his back disappear inside.
Wracking his face at the faint scent of her perfume that lingered.
"Ugh! Hng!"
His stomach revolted; he clamped his mouth shut.
He held back tears threatening to spill and pulled the blanket over his head, eyes shut tight.
He needed to sleep... yet he couldn't bear to see him.
It was obvious why the man had bathed at this hour.
After being with that woman all this time... what was he about to do?
Weren't you sorry at all?
Had he always been this kind of person?
Was he meeting her because he knew she existed?
What had he said?
"Only one year, please wait for me because I'm the one you love."
"I'm a woman you dread, so don't worry."
He didn't know.
His emotions suddenly erupted like a storm.
He had come here quietly to hold back his feelings, yet an unstoppable rage boiled inside.
Feeling him sit on the bed, he kept his eyes closed.
Heaving a sigh as the blanket was yanked down, he knew the man was staring at him.
If he hated him so much, he shouldn't have to mix with him.
Why did he keep coming to him every night?
His hand reached out and grabbed his chest.
He slapped it away coldly and opened his eyes.
"......."
A suffocating silence stretched between them.
"What are you doing?"
Raising an eyebrow, he tilted his head as if to say, "Have you forgotten what you were supposed to do?"
"I don't want to do it today."
Staring back fiercely, he spoke.
Curiosity, then contempt, flashed in his eyes.
"If I don't want to, do I have to stop?"
Running his hand roughly through his hair, he asked in disbelief.
"...Is it still not enough?"
"What did you say?"
Even after being with that woman so far... why did his body still need him?
He wanted to shout, but the moment the words formed, he bit his lip and turned his face away.
"What did you just say!"
The hand gripping his chin was rough.
Turning back to meet his eyes, he let out a harsh breath.
"...Huh."
A piercing sound, then his ears muffled.
He felt like he was underwater, even hearing a low humming.
The voice was no longer clear; he lowered his eyes to look at his lips.
He couldn't read it properly.
He couldn't understand what was being said.
Overwhelmed with fear, he read his expression.
He was furious with him.
His face twisted as if he wanted to tear him apart.
He yelled something.
His gaze dropped to his lips.
"When talking, you said to look people in the eyes! Do you look down on me?
Why do you keep lowering your eyes! This makes me feel like shit!"
Blinking rapidly.
Had he understood correctly?
Was what he was saying really meant for him?
He couldn't believe it.
Even when he betrayed him, he hadn't been this angry.
"...Hic,"
Seeing the tears welling up, he cursed filthily.
Then, like an animal, he bit his lip.
Using the pain, he pushed against his chest.
Angered further, he stared straight at him.
"You... are truly disgusting."
Now he could hear.
It was unfair that he had to hear the word "disgusting" first.
...Yeah.
He thought he was disgusting too.
Even in this situation, the fact that he loved him.
"Too... too disgusting."
Despite seeing him cry, he ignored him and tore off his clothes to throw them on the floor.
His clothes and underwear, just like his, scattered everywhere.
His gaze kept drifting to them.
Eventually, tears fell.
"...Hic."
Without giving him a chance, he entered roughly.
Hating being pushed away, he pinned his wrists and thrashed his hips wildly.
He wanted to ask.
Why, despite despising him so much, did you hold him every night?
Was it true that a beloved woman had appeared?
After breaking up with me, were you going to marry her?
Would you have a child you longed for and lived happily ever after?
But what came out of his mouth were only moans.
"Haa! Ha...hic!"
His slender body swayed chaotically.
Like reeds shaken by the wind, it trembled wildly with his every movement.
His world was overturned and ultimately shattered.
Pushing hard and thrusting deep into every corner, his mind went blank like a short circuit.
He could only struggle in pleasure, overwhelmed by the ecstasy.
His nipple was bitten hard, sending an involuntary push to his shoulder.
Fearing he might break from the punishment, he felt terrified.
His body felt on the verge of fainting from the endless acts without giving him time to recover.
"Wait, again... hic!"
His hips twisting, he moved without stopping.
Each massive wave crashing down brought a strong stimulation, blurring his vision.
Moans like screams filled the entire room.
The sound of flesh colliding was erotic.
His legs together, legs wrapped over his right shoulder, he pressed his body as close as possible.
Physiological tears flowed endlessly from the stronger, deeper penetration than before.
Each time he thrust deep, he screamed and cried out questions.
He lifted him up, carrying his full weight, and threw his body.
Thud! The strong friction sound pierced his ears.
His hips ached terribly, but he didn't care.
Clenching his teeth and grimacing, there was no trace of him in his expression.
Not physiological tears, but sad ones.
"Hic... ugh!"
His hips spinning and thrusting rapidly, his vision went completely white.
And finally, he passed out.
